The perfect place to spend an evening or call in for a final drink before bed. Serene atmosphere with amazing views. Christian and the team look after you so well. Carlos rustles up some beautiful drinks. We have returned to this hotel for 19 years and each year it just gets better. Go elsewhere at your peril or let the Saratoga team look after you.

Fantastic sky bar, one of the best in Mallorca for sure! Super modern, very classy, has a pool, tons of tables and an INCREDIBLE view. The croquetas and ternero sandwich are drool-worthy. Also, Alicia and Christian were fantastic.

SUPER AMAZING SERVICE AND VIBES! No joke at all. Nuria and Blanca are so sweet and the views are immaculate. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

Having visited a few other restaurants in Palma we discovered that one of the best was actually in our hotel. The rooftop to be exact in the Saratoga. The views are spectacular, the service from Christian and Soha was a welcome change from the disinterested staff in other places. Smiles and a few friendly words make a huge difference, something other places were seriously lacking . The food is super, and a different level from other places down town. Yet the price is in my opinion very reasonable. I recommend the Crispy Shrimp Popcorn and the chicken and apple croquettes. The croquettes were the best we have had any we here in the last several years 10/10 Lastly the cocktails are very good. . My fav is the Blue Moon

Popped up to the Sky Bar a couple of times as we were staying at the Saratoga. The menu has a good range of drinks and although prices were a little above average, the views made it totally worth it. Service was varied, one night the wait staff completely ignored us, another they were attentive and friendly. It's worth popping by for a drink with a view!

I tried their signature cocktail, and it was amazing - perfectly sour, refreshing, and full of flavor! The atmosphere here is great and the staff are super friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

This rooftop is great! Gorgeous views, great pool, delicious drinks. I really enjoyed the service Blanca provided during my stay here.
